We currently ship within Australia only.

All orders are carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery.

Please note that fragrances are classified as flammable goods, and shipping is handled in accordance with postal regulations.

At The Fragrance Drawer, we're committed to getting your fragrance decants and samples to you safely and efficiently. Here's everything you need to know about our shipping process.

Processing Time

All orders are carefully hand-decanted to order, a short preparation period is required

Please allow 1-3 business days for order processing before your item ships. During busy periods or sales, processing times may be slightly longer. If any unexpected delay arises, we will notify you via email.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

As Per Australia Post Domestic Delivery Estimator shipping times may vary:

Australia Post Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
Australia Post Express Shipping: 1-5 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and any unforeseen delays with the carrier.

Shipping Costs

We offer:

Flat Rate Standard or Express shipping within Australia

Both Standard and Express options include Tracking. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email or SMS so you can monitor your package's journey. Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to update in the system.

Free Shipping: Free standard post on all orders over $149 within Australia Only.

Packaging & Safety

We take extreme care in packaging your fragrance decants to ensure they arrive safely:

  • Each decant is securely sealed and wrapped
  • Items are cushioned with protective materials
  • Packages are clearly labeled as fragile
  • All shipments comply with Australia Post regulations for shipping fragrances

International Shipping

We unfortunately do not offer international shipping at this time.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at support@thefragrancedrawer.com.au with your order number and photos (if damaged). We'll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
