The Fragrance Drawer is an Australian-based business specialising in luxury fragrance decants and samples. These terms govern your use of our website and the purchase of our products.

Products & Authenticity
All fragrances sold by The Fragrance Drawer are 100% authentic and carefully decanted from original bottles. We DO NOT sell counterfeit products.
We are an independent retailer and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any brand unless otherwise stated.
Sizes: Decants are available in 2ml, 5ml, and 10ml sizes as specified on each product listing.
Product Descriptions: While we strive to provide accurate descriptions and fragrance notes, scent perception is subjective and may vary from person to person.
Product Disclaimer
The Fragrance Drawer sells decanted samples of genuine fragrances. All trademarks, brand names and logos are the property of their respective owners and are used only for identification purposes.
We are not affiliated with or endorsed by any fragrance house.
Fragrance performance, longevity and projection may vary between individuals.
Order Processing
Orders are prepared and dispatched promptly. Due to the nature of fragrance decanting, orders may begin processing shortly after purchase.
Order Cancellations & Changes
Orders are non-cancellable once processing has begun due to the nature of our products being decanted to order.
If you wish to add to an existing order, please place a new order and contact us via email. Where possible, we will combine orders and refund additional shipping charges. This is not guaranteed once processing has commenced.
Pricing & Availability
All prices are listed in AUD and are subject to change without notice. Availability may vary due to stock limitations.
Limitation of Liability
The Fragrance Drawer is not liable for misuse of products. Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredient information and ensuring suitability prior to use. To the extent permitted by law, The Fragrance Drawer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products.
Orders and Acceptance
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase our products. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason, including product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraudulent activity.
Shipping and Delivery
We ship within Australia only at this time. Shipping times and costs vary based on location and flat rate shipping options are available at checkout. Please refer to our Shipping Information page for detailed delivery information.
Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.
Returns and Refunds
Due to the nature of our products (fragrance decants), we do not accept returns or offer refunds due to change of heart. Orders are non-cancellable once processing starts, but this does not affect rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photographic evidence. We may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Consumer Rights
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) or any other applicable law that cannot be excluded, restricted, or modified by agreement.
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
