Return and Refund Policy

At The Fragrance Drawer, we take great care in packaging and shipping your fragrance decants and samples. Each item is carefully prepared and safely packaged to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.

Returns or Refunds

Due to the nature of fragrance decants, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.

However, this does not exclude your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to a replacement or refund if a product is:

  • Faulty
  • Damaged
  • Not as described

If you experience an issue, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and details.

Damaged Items

While we take every precaution to package your items securely, we understand that accidents can happen during shipping. If your item arrives broken or damaged, please contact us immediately at support@thefragrancedrawer.com.au with photos of the damage. We will review your case and may offer a replacement at our discretion.

How to Report Damage

Please email us within 48 hours of receiving your order with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged item and packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

We will respond to your inquiry as quickly as possible and work with you to resolve the issue.
