Parisian Musc by Matière Première is a clean, contemporary woody musk built around precious Peruvian ambrette seed, the naturally musky botanical at the centre of the composition. Created by master perfumer Aurélien Guichard, it is smooth, airy and effortlessly sophisticated, combining soft vegetal musk with creamy woods and the fresh green character of fig leaf.
The fragrance opens with Virginia cedar and green fig leaf, giving the composition a fresh, woody and subtly creamy character. At its heart, Peruvian ambrette seed creates a soft, skin-like musk, while Ambrettolide Supreme and Ambroxan amplify its smooth musky warmth and connect the woods to the sensual drydown. The result is minimalist, polished and beautifully intimate without disappearing into the skin.
